What You'll Learn

The program is made up of milestones, or challenge-based steps where you’ll gain hands-on experience and master a concept before moving on and eventually completing the entire challenge. Have a look at what you'll accomplish over this 3-week program in each milestone.

1
Define your problem space and value proposition
In this milestone, you will come up with a clear value proposition for a clearly defined problem.
2
Identify your most critical assumption and specify your MVP
After you have defined your value proposition, you need to specify what functionality your minimum viable product (MVP) will include. This approach is aimed at building only exactly what is needed to create just enough value for your target customer to validate that your product is headed in the right direction.
3
Build a minimum viable product
In this milestone, you’ll create a minimum viable product prototype for your product or service. Prototyping tools such as inVision can usually simulate the user experience of the final product with enough fidelity and interactivity to obtain critical feedback from customers.
4
Test your minimum viable prototype
Once you have created your minimum viable product prototype, it's time to solicit feedback and reach out to your peer for a one-on-one meeting to run through your MVP.
5
Challenge discussion
After building your prototype, you will present it to your peers and the Challenge Owner in the challenge discussion.
6
Revise your MVP and set up a plan to keep things on track
Based on your tests and the challenge discussion you’ll revise your MVP. Additionally, come up with clear goals and metrics that will help you measure your progress and success in further developing your product toward product-market fit.
