Dagmar Eisenbach

Dagmar Eisenbach is Challenge Owner for Business Development and Sales at Tomorrow University. She brings the perspective as a practioner: as Director of AI Enablement at Salesforce Germany, she deploys agentic AI systems for enterprise field sellers across the DACH region — and sees daily what separates sales teams that adapt from those that don't. Her teaching draws on 20+ years in B2B sales, customer success, and leadership, grounded in a conviction that modern sales capability is inseparable from AI fluency. Her framework, the Enablement OS, treats learning as infrastructure — something that runs inside the workflow, not before it. Dagmar's practice spans both technology and sustainability. She co-founded a bioenergy cooperative and served as chair of a microfinance organisation — hands-on experience in building mission-driven ventures, cooperative governance, and sustainable business models. That practitioner depth informs how she teaches business development: strategy rooted in real accountability, not theory. Beyond her operating roles, she advises on KI governance as a Beirat member, is co-author of the KI-Governance-Leitfaden 2026, and speaks on AI-enabled sales transformation across the DACH region. She holds an MBA (Henley), an MBAI in AI Leadership (Leaders of AI), and a Certified NED designation.
