Global Impact Executive MBA

Who is this Program for?
Founders and Entrepreneurs
C-Level and Senior Executives
Investors, Advisors, and Consultants
Senior Sustainability and Transformation Leaders

I've spent my career building companies, and the biggest leaps always came from people who challenged how I think. That's what we're building here: twenty leaders, in one room, working on what their success is actually for. I'm assembling this cohort personally, and I'm looking for people who'll make everyone else in the room better.

Redefining Executive Education for a World in Transformation
The Global Impact Executive MBA is built to shift how you think, decide, and lead. High-trust onsites around the world, a peer cohort that challenges you, senior coaching, and a format that respects executive reality.
Designed for Executive Reality
Built for leaders with high responsibility, unpredictable schedules, and no time to waste. Learn flexibly whenever and wherever you want. Tackle real-world challenges that inspire you.

Global In-Person Experience

Three times during the program, the cohort meets in person: in Munich, Hong Kong and London on a multi-day deep dive. You'll work through real cases with your peers, visit companies leading their industries, and build the kind of trust that doesn't form over video calls.
Executive Network & Trusted Sparring
You learn alongside leaders who carry comparable responsibility, including people who challenge your thinking, understand your reality, and stay in your corner long after the program ends. At Tomorrow University, your classroom is a trusted circle of executives.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Challenge-Based Learning?
Challenge-Based Learning is a method where you learn by solving real, open-ended problems instead of memorizing theory from lectures. At Tomorrow University it runs across four phases, Orientation, Calibration, Elevation, and Activation, so you build knowledge, apply it to interdisciplinary challenges, and finish with a thesis or applied project. It is 100% online and self-paced.
Can you study while working full-time?
Yes. Tomorrow University programs are 100% online and self-paced, built to fit around a full-time job with no on-campus requirement. You can study a part-time online master's, bachelor's, or MBA while working, learning through Challenge-Based Learning that turns your real work into part of the degree. You choose full-time or part-time pacing.
Is Tomorrow University accredited?
Yes. Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences is a state-recognized private university in Germany, under the State of Hesse. Its programs are accredited through the Akkreditierungsrat, the German Accreditation Council, with bachelor's degrees accredited via FIBAA and master's and MBA programs via ACQUIN. The distance-learning format is approved by Germany's ZFU.
What are ECTS credits?
ECTS, the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, is the standard way European universities measure study workload. One ECTS credit equals roughly 25 to 30 hours of learning, and a full year of full-time study is 60 credits. At Tomorrow University, a Bachelor's is 180 ECTS and a Master's is 90 or 120 ECTS.
Are travel and accommodation included in the tuition fee?
Tuition covers the full academic program and all learning experiences. Travel and accommodation for onsite experiences are arranged and paid for separately by learners. If a learner can’t participate in onsite experiences, the degree can still be completed fully online.
