Who It's For

Who is this Program for?

Designed for senior leaders with 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
You've spent years leading companies, functions or portfolios. What you're looking for now is a structured way to keep growing, and peers with the experience to challenge your thinking. The Global Impact Executive MBA is built for senior leaders who want to turn what they've achieved into broader impact.

Founders and Entrepreneurs

You set direction for organizations and want to align strategy, culture, and people for sustainable transformation.

C-Level and Senior Executives

You set direction for organizations and want to align strategy, culture, and people for sustainable transformation.

Investors, Advisors, and Consultants

You shape decisions across many organizations and want to embed sustainability and innovation more deeply in how you advise and invest.

Senior Sustainability and Transformation Leaders

You want sustainability to be more than reporting: embedded in growth strategy, finance, and cross-functional decisions.

I've spent my career building companies, and the biggest leaps always came from people who challenged how I think. That's what we're building here: twenty leaders, in one room, working on what their success is actually for. I'm assembling this cohort personally, and I'm looking for people who'll make everyone else in the room better.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Challenge-Based Learning?

Challenge-Based Learning is a method where you learn by solving real, open-ended problems instead of memorizing theory from lectures. At Tomorrow University it runs across four phases, Orientation, Calibration, Elevation, and Activation, so you build knowledge, apply it to interdisciplinary challenges, and finish with a thesis or applied project. It is 100% online and self-paced.

Can you study while working full-time?

Yes. Tomorrow University programs are 100% online and self-paced, built to fit around a full-time job with no on-campus requirement. You can study a part-time online master's, bachelor's, or MBA while working, learning through Challenge-Based Learning that turns your real work into part of the degree. You choose full-time or part-time pacing.

Is Tomorrow University accredited?

Yes. Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences is a state-recognized private university in Germany, under the State of Hesse. Its programs are accredited through the Akkreditierungsrat, the German Accreditation Council, with bachelor's degrees accredited via FIBAA and master's and MBA programs via ACQUIN. The distance-learning format is approved by Germany's ZFU.

What are ECTS credits?

ECTS, the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, is the standard way European universities measure study workload. One ECTS credit equals roughly 25 to 30 hours of learning, and a full year of full-time study is 60 credits. At Tomorrow University, a Bachelor's is 180 ECTS and a Master's is 90 or 120 ECTS.

Are travel and accommodation included in the tuition fee?

Tuition covers the full academic program and all learning experiences. Travel and accommodation for onsite experiences are arranged and paid for separately by learners. If a learner can’t participate in onsite experiences, the degree can still be completed fully online.

How does the Executive MBA differ from other Impact MBA programs at Tomorrow University?

  • In-person cohort kick-off with a welcome dinner
  • A week-long global deep dive outside Europe
  • A streamlined program flow with executive-specific live sessions
  • A curated executive curriculum including industry expert sessions
  • Monthly executive group coaching

What differentiates the Global Impact Executive MBA from other Executive MBA programs?

  • Built for executive reality: efficient, personalized remote learning alongside a demanding job
  • High-impact in-person immersions with a mission-driven executive cohort
  • A deliberately small, selective peer group — 20 seats in the founding cohort
  • Access to Tomorrow University's global community of 1,000+ professionals
  • 21st-century leadership skills for building sustainable, high-performance organizations

Is the Global Impact Executive MBA accredited?

Our Global Impact Executive MBA program is accredited by Germany’s Accreditation Council through the Accreditation, Certification, and Quality Assurance Institute (ACQUIN), a reputable non-profit organization association comprising over 150 higher education institutions in Germany and abroad.

Is an online degree recognized?

Yes, the degree is accredited. An accredited online degree is formally equivalent to an on-campus one. Recognition follows the accreditation, not the delivery format.
