In this challenge, you will learn everything that you need to plan a fulfilling professional and personal life, especially in these uncertain times. This challenge uses a proven approach to help you design a thriving career and life. During the two-week program, you’ll grow your network and speed up your professional impact under the guidance of leaders in the areas of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology.

This Challenge provides an essential introduction to finding your purpose and developing your own personal
mission statement. Identifying your purpose will help you navigate your personal and professional path.

What You'll Learn

Milestone 1: Identify your purpose

In this milestone, your task is to consider your purpose. The lessons provided here (How to get to your why and Tips to Find Your Purpose) will help you to dig deep and come up with your purpose.

Milestone 2: Create your personal mission statemnet

In this milestone, you'll define your personal mission statement, aligned with your purpose. You'll complete lessons that give you the tools to create a thoughtful statement and confidently write it down.

Milestone 3: Analyze company mission statements

In this milestone, you'll find and analyze the mission statements of 3 to 5 companies. Get inspired by the companies whose values you align with and gain clarity.

Milestone 4: Challenge discussion

After comparing the 3 to 5 company mission statements with your own, you'll participate in lively conversations with your peers and mentors to evaluate them. Get ready to reflect and make changes to your mission statement.

Milestone 5: Share your personal mission statement

In this milestone, you'll refine and extend your personal mission statement based on the Slack comments form your peers, what you have learned from the company mission statements, and the imput from the challenge discussion.
