Tomorrow University raises series A funding round to empower the change makers of tomorrow.

The round is led by leading Venture Capitalists and Investors who believe in reimagining education to create a more sustainable future.

Tomorrow University is announcing the next milestone in our growth journey by securing $10 million in our Series A funding, amounting to a total of 14.9 million since 2021. The round was led by none other than Europe's largest EdTech fund, EduCapital.

Mediahuis Ventures, Redstone, Zanichelli Ventures, Sparkmind, 4P Capital, Emerge Education, Ralf Reichert, Daniel Jung, Nikolaus D. Bayer, Lin Deutschmann, Thomas Maidorfer, and Verena Pausder are also investors in this round. This substantial investment will support our mission to build a global community of leaders, creators, and industry experts dedicated to making a more sustainable future.

We’ll use the funding to enhance our technological infrastructure serving a global community of over 400 learners and to scale our operations to accommodate the growing demands for innovative, future-focused education. "We are grateful to have the support of EduCapital as we continue to revolutionize the education landscape. This investment will empower us to accelerate our mission of providing exceptional learning experiences and shaping tomorrow's entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, “ said Christian Rebernik, Co-Founder & CEO of Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences.

The support from EduCapital is a testament to the vision and values shared when it comes to revolutionizing the world of education. Marie Geneste, Investment Director of EduCapital, shared her enthusiasm, “We are honored to lead the investment in Tomorrow University. Their purpose-driven approach to education aligns seamlessly with our vision of creating a better world through innovative education. Together, we aim to redefine education, fostering the growth of future leaders.”

Xavier Sarras of 4P Capital adds, "Forward-thinking companies are leading the charge by embracing a sustainable mindset into their strategy serving as a pivotal catalyst for business growth. The effectiveness and timeliness of businesses' response to this agenda will determine their success or failure in the future. I firmly believe in this correlation and am convinced that Tomorrow University has a strong curriculum to form the leaders of tomorrow. We are excited to be part of this journey.”

The next generation university is here

With the year 2030 coinciding with the European Union’s Climate Target Plan and the United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development, the demand for talent equipped with the specialist knowledge and green skills required to meet global development and sustainability goals is accelerating remarkably. Only 13% of the workforce currently possess these essential skills.

Meanwhile, the global EdTech market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 16.5% from 2022 to 2030, reaching a value of $404 billion by 2025, reflecting a growing interest in new technologies and online education.

Considering these profound shifts, Tomorrow University is excited to be at the forefront of this moment by serving as a catalyst for transformative change in education and harnessing the power of technology to empower future change makers to make a long-lasting, sustainable impact on our society.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who believes in and supports our mission and who has joined on this transformative journey. We look forward to sharing more updates as we build a better tomorrow.
