Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
Develop your personal board and learn how to make the most out of it with a cohort of 25 purpose-driven learners like you and some of the world’s best athletes, coaches, and entrepreneurs. You’ll earn 5 ECTS credits that can be applied to a full degree program. Become a lifelong learner with us. Here’s what you’ll do over the course of 3-weeks:
Begin by contemplating the traits of a great team for you and recall past experiences when you were part of one.
Discover your role within these teams and complete a renowned Team Role Assessment.
Create a manual for yourself that reflects your working style, a key element of successful teams.
Set one-year goals for your mission and life, and identify the competencies needed to achieve them.
Connect with your selected personal board members who can help you acquire these competencies and ensure their availability.
