Benjamin Körner is the Founder & CEO of ben.partners executive search, where he advises organizations on building and shaping leadership teams and advisory boards with a strong focus on values, company culture, and strategic transformation. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory across digitalization, transformation, innovation, and technology, Benjamin works at the intersection of leadership selection, organizational culture, and change. His approach goes beyond traditional executive search: values and the lived culture of an organization become central criteria in leadership decisions. Through the concept of Values Intelligence, he helps organizations make their cultural DNA visible, better understand the environment in which leaders need to succeed, and assess the alignment between individual and organizational values. Alongside his work at ben.partners, Benjamin is Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of realizon, serves on the board of the Hamburg Chapter of the Premium Leaders Club, and is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He is also active as an angel investor in technology and sustainability ventures.
