Dr. Kathrin Köster is a Challenge Owner at Tomorrow University and a recognized authority in responsible and conscious leadership. She founded two transformative ventures—The Joy Academy and Köster + Partner—and serves on the WU Vienna Executive Academy faculty. Her educational approach blends inner alignment practices with organizational transformation, enabling leaders and teams to create meaningful impact through aligning purpose, ethics, and performance.
