Building a Career in Sustainability and Social Impact

Lina Peters has dedicated her career to driving social impact and sustainability in the corporate world. Currently, she serves as Chief of Staff at Sustainable AG, an impact consultancy, in Munich, where she supports strategy development, organizational growth, and project management. Previously, Lina held similar roles at JOBLINGE, a nonprofit organization focused on employment opportunities, and worked as a consultant for impact-driven partnerships. Her experience spans a variety of sectors, from NGOs to corporate environments, making her well-versed in balancing purpose with operational efficiency. Throughout her journey, she has been motivated by a desire to create systems that drive long-term, positive change.
