70% of Graduates Advanced toward their Mission

Female Empowerment
Evelyn Fischer
Founder of FINORIA
I had a successful but somewhat unfulfilling career in tech that no longer fit where I saw my career going. At Tomorrow University, I gained both the expertise needed and the direction required to found my own company, FINORIA. I built my company to close the gender investment and wealth gap.

Universally Connected Humanity
Christian Kaya
Director Executive Search & Consulting at Riverstate
During my Impact MBA at Tomorrow University, I developed my personal mission statement: to grow awareness of a universally connected humanity. Since then, I've integrated transformation consulting into my executive search work and launched TRAGWEITE, a podcast on leadership, transformation, and sustainability in construction and infrastructure. The MBA wasn't a conclusion — it was a beginning.

Sustainability & Fairness
Vânia Mendes
Sr. Implementation Manager at Position Green
Sustainability and fairness were always my why, an underlying purpose for my contribution to society. What I lacked was the how. The ability to take ideas and advance them in an organization to the point that they become real, and have real impact. Today, I work at the intersection of ESG, technology, and project leadership, helping organizations close the gap between what they believe and what they actually build. It’s exactly where I wanted to be.

Digital Product Development
Marius
Product Management & Development
I’ve always believed that the best digital products don’t just work, but they feel inevitable. You use them once and wonder how you managed without them. A product loved by people is one they reach for instinctively, before they have consciously decided to use it. This standard shapes every design decision. As a Product Manager and Developer, I have always been drawn to the how of building software.

Finding Purpose & Impact
Katharina
Process Safety Engineer at Evonik
My mission is pragmatic transformation: helping people move from understanding a problem to actually doing something about it. Most sustainability conversations stall between insight and action, and that’s exactly where my work comes in. The MBA gave me the clarity I needed and the community that encouraged me to push forward. I now live this through mentoring, collaboration across disciplines and in pushing others to keep learning with the goal of finding their purpose and impact.

Christoph Pemp
Director of Advisory & Client Solutions
After studying at Tomorrow University, I moved into a new role at one of the Group's ventures in 2026, where I now apply the AI knowledge the programme gave me.
Victoria van Oppen
Organizational Development Manager
As an engineer passionate about transformation, the Impact MBA gave me the tools to pivot into organizational development, helping companies build high-trust, sustainable workplaces.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much of the tuition fee is covered by scholarships?
Making education accessible to everyone is one of our core goals. That’s why we offer scholarships of up to 1,500 EUR, as well as a Regional Price Grant of up to 8,000EUR – depending on where you live. You can learn more in our financial support section or by reaching out to our team.
Can you provide me with a visa to study in Germany?
The German Immigration Office requires students to attend in-person classes in Germany to be eligible for a student visa. Since our programs are 100% online and do not require physical attendance, you are not eligible for a German student visa through Tomorrow University.
What is the best online university for entrepreneurship and business management?
We believe the “best” online university for entrepreneurship and management depends on what matters most to you. When choosing the right program, you’ll likely seek a combination of high-quality education, affordable tuition, flexible learning options, relevant and up-to-date content, a supportive community, and expert guidance. Most importantly, you’ll want opportunities to apply your skills to real-world challenges while pursuing your personal mission and career goals.
At Tomorrow University, 96% of our learners rate us 5 stars for exceeding their expectations. Our mission is your success—empowering you with a transformative online learning experience, practical skills, and lasting value for a career in entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable leadership.
I don't have the required B2 English certificate, is it possible to attain the B2 later on?
We require learners to possess a certain level of English proficiency in order to understand the study material and work in groups seamlessly. While we do not require official English certification, we assess your English level during the interview stage.
What is the admissions interview like?
The admissions interview is a 30-minute online interview with the Program Director of the Bachelor's Degree program. In the interview, we assess your motivations for the program and also confirm your English language abilities.
When do I have to commit to the program?
After the successful admissions interview, you will receive notification of your acceptance into the program and be provided with a legally binding tuition contract between you and Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences. Once you have signed this contract and paid the minimum tuition deposit, you have committed to the program.
How does the admissions process work?
You can find everything you need to know on the admissions page.
Can I transfer credits from my previous university?
Yes, you can transfer your previous university credits to Tomorrow University. Tomorrow University offers a reduction of 30 Euros in tuition fees for each transferred ECTS credit.
As the maximum number of credits that can be recognized is half of the ECTS credits of your degree program at ToU, for the Bachelor’s you can transfer up to 90 ECTS.
To transfer your previous credits, you will need to follow our credit recognition process. The recognition of your previous credits should be done during the application process. This involves submitting relevant documents such as your transcript, module information or handbook, and an overview of your previous university’s evaluation system.
Once you apply for a Credit Transfer, our goal is to complete the initial check and inform you of the result within 5 working days. After that, the program director reviews your documents and decides on the transfer of credits within one week. You will be notified of the outcome in writing within 2 weeks. Depending on the case and the required documents, the recognition process may take longer.
The respective Program Director, together with the University Registration Team and the Examination Board, is responsible for the recognition and transfer of credits. If recognition and transfer are refused, you will be informed of the reasons in writing. The procedure is further governed by our regulations.
Contact us today to discover how you can transfer your previous university credits to Tomorrow University and embark on your path to success.
Can my work or company pay for this?
Yes! We are happy to work with your employer to help finance this degree, in part or in full. Please reach out to our team so that we can arrange to speak with your manager.
Can I work full-time while studying the Bachelor's program?
Our bachelor's program is specifically designed for individuals seeking maximum flexibility. With an average workload of 10 hours per week and only one live session, you can easily manage your studies while working full time.
What makes Tomorrow University different from other universities?
- The approach is more interactive than traditional online learning (challenged-based + digestible lessons). We don’t simply take offline learning online.
- You are sitting front row experiencing challenges that reflect relevant/real-life case scenarios that exist in big companies and organizations.
- You’ll have direct access to industry experts that can provide opportunities for you to network and foster a professional relationship with your mentors.
- Our engaging community transcends throughout all programs — you get to know learners not just from all programs through engaging events and community engagement.
- We prioritize the well-being of our learners, and everyone at ToU is only a message away — we are ready to support the needs of each learner!
Is there a community at Tomorrow University? I'm worried I won't have a university experience.
Yes! While we are a fully-remote university, we believe building a strong network of personal and professional relationships is key to any learning experience.

Is Tomorrow University accredited?
Yes. Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences is a state-recognized private university in Germany, under the State of Hesse. Its programs are accredited through the Akkreditierungsrat, the German Accreditation Council, with bachelor's degrees accredited via FIBAA and master's and MBA programs via ACQUIN. The distance-learning format is approved by Germany's ZFU.
Can you study without an Abitur?
Yes, in Germany you can often study without an Abitur, for example through completed vocational training plus work experience, or a Meister qualification. The exact rules are set by each federal state. Whether you can enroll at Tomorrow University is decided by your individual Eligibility Check, so the best move is to start there.
Can you study while working full-time?
Yes. Tomorrow University programs are 100% online and self-paced, built to fit around a full-time job with no on-campus requirement. You can study a part-time online master's, bachelor's, or MBA while working, learning through Challenge-Based Learning that turns your real work into part of the degree. You choose full-time or part-time pacing.
What are the best online universities in Germany you can study in English?
Yes, you can study at an online university in Germany in English. Germany has accredited, state-recognized private online universities offering English-taught degrees, plus public distance-learning options that are mostly German-taught. The best choice depends on accreditation, recognition, format, language, and cost. Tomorrow University is one accredited, English-taught, fully online option.
Is Tomorrow University worth it? An honest review
It depends on your goals, and you deserve a straight answer. Tomorrow University is a state-recognized German university with accredited degrees, a fully online applied learning model, a global Community, and mentoring-based careers support. Those facts are verifiable. For peer opinions, check independent review platforms yourself, and use the questions below to judge whether it fits you.
What is Challenge-Based Learning?
Challenge-Based Learning is a method where you learn by solving real, open-ended problems instead of memorizing theory from lectures. At Tomorrow University it runs across four phases, Orientation, Calibration, Elevation, and Activation, so you build knowledge, apply it to interdisciplinary challenges, and finish with a thesis or applied project. It is 100% online and self-paced.
Is this Bachelor's program accredited?
Our Bachelor's Degree programs are accredited by Germany's Accreditation Council (Akkreditierungsrat) through the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBBA). This accreditation affirms the academic excellence of our programs and underscores our dedication to delivering high-quality education and earning the trust of learners and the academic community.
Is an online degree recognized?
Yes, when the degree is accredited. Tomorrow University degrees are accredited German higher-education degrees, awarded under the German Accreditation Council through FIBAA for Bachelor's programs and ACQUIN for Master's and MBA programs. An accredited online degree is formally equivalent to an on-campus one. Recognition follows the accreditation, not the delivery format.
What title do I get after completing the program?
Your official title will be "Bachelor of Science" or "Bachelor of Arts", depending on your program.
Can I get a job with an online degree?
Yes. The online format is widely accepted as a legitimate pathway to the same learning and outcomes you’d get in the classroom. The majority of our alumni are actively contributing to positive change in fields such as technology, healthcare, and sustainability.
