Does this degree qualify me to work as a Psychological Psychotherapist?

  • This degree does not qualify graduates to use the protected professional title “Psychological Psychotherapist” (“Psychologische/r Psychotherapeut/in”) under §1 of the German Psychotherapists Act (PsychThG).
  • It also does not entitle graduates to practice psychotherapy or to commence psychotherapeutic professional training or work in accordance with §§11 and 12(1) of the StakV.
